Meditation is less of a technique and more of a way of being, staying present, allowing and patient with each and every experience of thought, emotion, feeling and sensation. Such awareness inside the body-mind brings about higher action to illuminate and restore psychological, physical and energetic balance. You are invited to a guided practice to “squint” the inner eye of awareness in order to witness and embody subtle mechanisms of the body-mind. By looking within, we are learning to safely navigate the many states of mind and body.
Absolutely no prior meditation experience necessary. Please bring pillow(s) / cushion(s) to sit on. Make sure that you are comfortable! Chairs Available.
